Service Description
6-week afternoon course, providing a great opportunity for home-educated children. We will be teaching the absolute basics of skateboarding (how to balance, how to push, how to turn etc) along with advice on how to use a skatepark safely and responsibly. If you already have these skills we are able to split the class according to level or add an extra session if required. Each session is one-hour long. This course for participants under 18. Sessions will be led by Ash, our Head Coach, who has been working closely with leading UK skate-school ABC Skateboarding for the past 7 years, delivering lessons across Norfolk & Suffolk. All we ask is that participants arrive ready to learn, wearing comfortable clothing, flat-soled shoes (preferably trainers) and with a drinks bottle. Parents/carers can stay and spectate or drop-off/collect. Professional-level skateboards and safety equipment will be supplied (participants can use their own equipment if they have it, subject to suitability checks from our coaches). All coaches are DBS-checked and have appropriate safeguarding & first-aid training.
